As soon as the order has been placed with centralplumbing.com.au we will despatch your order within 1-2 working days on stock items.
All orders are processed Monday to Friday excluding public holidays. Delivery times vary depending upon distance and your location. As a guide Brisbane, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast and Ipswich deliveries once despatched will be 1 – 2 business days. From time to time it is possible factors outside of our control may result in delays. Central Plumbing Supplies does not accept any liability for loss or damage suffered by anyone as a result of any such delays. Delivery times may vary dependent on stock availability.
You must be home to accept and sign for deliveries. If you are not at home the delivery driver will leave contact details and it is the customers responsibility to collect the goods or arrange another delivery at the customers cost.
We request that with delivery of bulky or large heavy goods that you or someone on your behalf will be available to assist the driver in the unloading of large heavy goods. The delivery driver will not carry large items upstairs. Delivery of large items is a door to door service and the onus is on you to get items from the door to your desired location onsite.
Free Metro delivery for all orders over $500, this offer is limited to the Brisbane, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast, Ipswich areas, a $15 shipping fee applies for all orders under $500.
QLD Regional and Rural areas are subject to additional shipping charges. Upon receipt of your order a CPS representative will email you the additional costs of shipping subject to your location.
If the additional shipping costs are not satisfactory you may either organise to have the goods picked up from our warehouse or alternatively organise your own shipping arrangement and CPS will refund the fixed fee.
Incorrect Delivery Address
Where you have provided an incorrect or incomplete delivery address for your order, redelivery fees apply for each subsequent delivery attempt at receivers cost
All orders will be despatched complete, in the case of a product delay a CPS representative will be in contact to inform you of the estimated time of delivery. If the delay is unacceptable and out of CPS control, we will look to provide an alternative product or provide the option of a refund on the individual item.
